These are the yummy chicken cilantro wontons from Trader Joe's, we love them in soups, with noodles or lightly pan-steamed and eaten all by themselves. Today we have some on a bed of lettuce!

Sadly there is no Trader Joe's in Maine. The closest one is Boston, Mass. I believe. That is a couple of hours away. There is petition to try to get a Trader Joe's here. That would be great so I could try some of those wontons, they look so good!
