Honey Cherry Lime Flan
Flan:

1 1/2 cups 2% milk
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup honey
1 packet Cherry Lime Propel with Calcium

Sauce:

2 cups fresh or thawed berries of your choice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel

Flan: Combine milk, eggs, honey and Cherry Lime Propel with Calcium in a mixing bowl and stir until everything is blended. Pour into 4 small buttered ramekins (1/2 cup each) or 1 (3 cup) buttered mold. Put molds in a pan of hot water (should reach halfway up the sides of the molds) and bake at 300F 15 to 20 minutes for small ramekins or 30 to 40 minutes for 3-cup mold or until set and knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let the ramekins cool on the counter then refrigerate at least 2 hours. Run knife around the inner edges to loosen, then place a plate on top and then quickly invert onto your serving plate of choice.

Sauce: From 2 cups fresh or frozen thawed berries, reserve 12 whole berries and set aside for garnish, if desired. Place the rest of the berries in a blender and pulse until smooth, then press through a sieve to remove seeds, if that's your thing. Combine the puree with 2 tablespoons honey and 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel. Spoon sauce over flan. Garnish with reserved berries and mint sprigs, if desired.

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
