As I mentioned the other day, I attended a Thai cooking workshop on Friday night with Chef John Wilson of Culinary Vacations Inc.. It was super fun and I met some very nice ladies on my cooking team of seven. We had quite an exciting menu which included Thai basil rolls with orange chili sauce, Thai cucumber salad, red curry chicken, jasmine rice and baked Asian pears. From start to finish it was a palate-pleasing delight, and best of all, we were able to make these recipes together. We thoroughly enjoyed the fruits of our labors (and stimulating conversation) at the end of the evening.
