5 Bento #172 - Pineapple Coconut Rice & Chicken

This rice is incredibly delicious.  I said a few days ago that I made the Thai coconut rice, and it is so good I had to make it again.  This time I added some fresh grilled pineapple chunks we had leftover from dinner the night before with some Coleman Natural sundried tomato chicken meatballs , and an 'E' of sugar snap peas.

I have made coconut rice before :) It tastes so good! I often serve it with tandoori sauce :)

Such a fan of adding tropical fruits in my dishes! I travel to Japan for work & always admire bento lunches!

The sugar snap peas are really good raw, and they are sweet and crunchy which is really nice. They are also good steamed for a minute or two.
