These shells are so cute in this underwater-inspired bento! I cooked them in purple boiling water colored with all natural food coloring. They are more brightly violet than they appear in the picture, and E was delighted. I filled them with scrambled eggs made with cheese and chopped ham (who doesn't like that?) and the dip is one I made last night with spinach and onions.
