3 cloves garlic, crushed
cilantro, chopped (or get the cilantro in the tube in the produce section, or frozen in cubes, which is what I used - 2 cubes)
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 - 1 tsp xylitol (or other equivalent sugar sub, I use 1 packet)
1/2 tsp onion powder
red pepper flakes (to taste, optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together, and toss shrimp in and marinate 10-20 minutes.
Thread onto skewers and broil on high for 3-4 minutes each side.
Eat!
